Kaiser Permanente Washington is committed to the safety and dignity of the members and patients it serves. Disruptive behavior by physicians and physician assistants is a threat to patient safety and clinical outcomes. Providers are expected to be familiar with and follow the Medical Quality Assurance Commission’s Disruptive Provider policy. Kaiser Permanente Washington takes any allegation involving inappropriate conduct seriously and is committed to fully investigate each allegation and take appropriate action.
