We are accepting applications for new contracts in the Idaho service area (Latah or Kootenai counties only).
If your information meets the requirements listed above, please send us an email at kpwa.provider-services@kp.org with your tax ID, organization name and organization address and we will send you application instructions. Kaiser Permanente PPO networks
Currently, we have very limited needs within our PPO networks. Applications are only considered for specific network needs in our service area. We do not offer the PPO plan in Idaho.
We only respond to unsolicited applications if your request meets a current network need.
Mental Health & Wellness providers
We are currently accepting applications for new contracts in select counties within the Washington and Idaho (Latah or Kootenai counties only) service area. Please review the network status matrix (PDF) to see which counties are open to accepting new providers. We are not accepting unsolicited applications for providers located outside of our Washington and Idaho service areas. This is the case even if you’re offering telehealth services.
- Providers requesting a new contract for outpatient mental health and wellness services (including outpatient medication management, counseling, psychological testing, and neuropsychological testing), please submit a Provider Information Form online.
- Providers requesting a new contract for all other mental health and wellness services (such as intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, inpatient, residential treatment, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, eating disorder), please contact Kaiser Permanente’s Provider Services team at kpwa.provider-services@kp.org.
Submitted PIFs will be reviewed based on Kaiser Permanente’s business and clinical needs. Submission of a PIF does not guarantee that your application will be approved. You will be notified about whether your application is approved or denied. If your PIF is approved, the initial credentialing and contracting process will begin at that time. You may not see Kaiser Permanente members until 1) You have completed and been approved by credentialing and, 2) Signed and returned a contract (if a new contract).
