This 60-page toolkit for Kaiser Permanente Washington members offers support and resources for persistent pain. Many people who use this toolkit also work with a health care team to manage opioid treatment; while others use alternative treatments or medicines to manage pain. This toolkit is for everyone, no matter the treatment used.
